Weather Cancellations: In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel your booking for safety reasons. You'll be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If you're running late, give us a call so we can try to accommodate you. Unfortunately, if you're more than 30 minutes late without notice, your booking may be considered a no-show and non-refundable. 3. Any reckless behavior or disregard for safety rules may result in the termination of your rental without a refund. 4.
