Detailed instructions emailed one day before rental. OPERATING HOURS: Pick-up at 10 am, return at 8 pm. Morning return available with $175 overnight fee. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: No hourly rentals. Typically 2-day minimum. Consideration for 1-day rental with +15% rate adjustment. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED: Lily pad, towable tube, water skis, life jackets, bumpers, ropes, first aid kit, air pump. GENERAL INFORMATION: No night operation. No sitting on rear deck while operating. No red wine or smoking. GAS: Gas not included. $75 service fee + fuel cost if not returned full. CLEANING (REQUIRED): Boat must be returned clean. $250 cleaning fee if not. We had a Great Day out on the Lake with Tom’s boat, everything was exactly as described, he had a couple different tubes for us to choose from, Lily Pad and Ski’s were available, there were a lot of instructions to follow with a no contact pick-up, but everything went smoothly and quick! Tom got right back to us with any questions and he answered my call right away! Would definitely rent from him again! Thanks Tom!

Tom is a great host! Helpful with suggestions of things to do around the lake and was always available for questions. The boats are great! We rented the Rinker and the tri-toon. Both are well maintained and mechanically sound. We will be back!!

The boat will need to be cleaned by the renter prior to the return. DO NOT RENT THIS BOAT if you are unable to return it clean. Clean is wiped down, debris washed off of the floor, all trash and all personal need to be removed. Boat to be returned with the gas tank full.
