All Renters must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license. Anyone born after Jan 1, 1998 must have passed a boater education course approved by the Department of Natural Resources and have that card to operate the vessel. We will go over rental boat Safety Training Course at the time of the rental. Everyone riding or operating vessels must fill out there own waiver forms. Parents may fill out the waiver for minors. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on any of our vessels and intoxication is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation without a refund. Safety for our guests and fellow citizens on the waterways are our top priority. Anyone operating the vessel must have his or her driver’s license.
