We've lived in Auburn for over 20 years and never thought to rent a boat on Lake Martin. This was my first experience with Getmyboat and Chris made this such an easy and great experience that we want to do it more regularly. He accommadated a tube rental last minute which made the day for the kids and our guests from Oregon. We never felt rushed with the extra time that you get compared to a Marina rental. Gas was plenty for our all day excursion. Great communications, extremely courteous, everyone loved the experience.
Chris was easy to work with and he accommodated us with a last minute, same day reservation request. The pontoon party boat is clean, roomy, and very nice. We were able to use the boat until sunset which was nice. Most rental companies at the marinas we called had a 4:30 return time and a 4 or 8 hour set time rental period. Chris was flexible with our departure/ return request. He had suggestions for food/ drink/ and an app to use to find points of interest on the lake. We will definitely use him again next time we are at Lake Martin. Enjoyable experience all around!
The boat was great and Chris was super helpful! He worked out a good deal for us that fit our schedule and the price we were looking for. The process of picking up and returning the boat was incredibly easy and Chris walked us through the whole process as well as offered some fun tips and cool spots to hang out on the lake. All around, we had a great time on the lake and would absolutely rent this boat again.
Had an awesome time. Boat was easy to find and owner was always available to answer questions when needed. Will not hesitate to book again in the future.
Chris was very accommodating and answered every call promptly. His boat was very clean and roomy. We will do business with him in the future.
