Rates: • Two-Hour Day Sail: $699 What You Can Expect: Private charter Selina II for 2 hours, 1/2 day or have her all to yourself for a Sunset Champagne Cruise. On our 1/2 day sail we can cater a simple picnic lunch or an Eastern Shore favorite, crab cakes lunch. What To Expect Onboard: Designed after the classic New England Crosby Cat designed boats, the Selina II was built in 1926 at Sweets Shipyard in Greenport, NY. At 41'6" overall length she is the largest of the surviving vintage catboats. Her 16' beam makes her incredibly roomy and stable, the ultimate in sailing comfort. She is gaff-rigged, with a 48' mast and a 35' boom. On a normal sailing day we carry about 1000 sq. ft. of canvas and our guests are treated to an authentic old fashioned sailing experience. Passengers can opt to participate and help raise the sail, or simply sit back and relax and enjoy the ride. Her current sail was built in 2005 by Nathanial Wilson in Boothbay Harbor ME. "Selina II" has a dry, uncovered, open, comfortable and roomy cockpit seating with 4 captains chairs & two cushioned seaters.
