What more could you ask for? Launched in Perth and originally commissioned as a pilot vessel for the Western Australian Pilots. Pen Duick II is fitted with a turbo charged Volvo diesel engine, which gives the vessel a top speed of 12 knots and cruise at 10 to 8 knots comfortably. Fitted with am / fm radio & CD player, VHF radios, chart plotter, color sounder & Radar. It’s a commercial vessel licensed by AMSA and MSQ in 2C survey to carry 12 passengers and 2 crew, within 50 nautical mile range off the coast.  Pen Duick II is available for charters, for Sun set cruises calm water fishing, social functions, lunches on tranquil or deserted beaches while watching Dolphins frolicking at Wave Break Island in front of the Gold Coast sea way entrance, Jumping Pin Bar on South Stradbroke Island or one of the other 350 islands in Moreton Bay. Our operating area is in southern region of the pristine Marine Park of Moreton Bay stretching from the Hinterland town of Nerang to Caloundra the top end of Pumicestone Passage on the Sunshine Coast over a hundred miles away. This waterway covers 3500 square miles, from deserted sandy beaches that stretch for miles to sandy shoals and a variety of reefs.
