Please gather and wait at the DOCK GATE next to the Tiki Time Bay Tours until your Captain and Crew come get you for Island Boat SD. What Time Should I Arrive? · We recommend arriving 30 minutes EARLY. The Captain or Deckhand will CALL & MEET you at the DOCK GATE when your cruise is ready to board. There may be another party disembarking, so we appreciate your patience while our crew cleans thoroughly before boarding. We will board once your entire party arrives and the boat is ready. IF the boat and crew is running LATE, rest assured you will get your full time. What About Parking? · There are parking lots located at and around 2803 Emerson St, San Diego, CA 92106. The H&M Landing parking lot can be very busy, so come with plenty of time to find parking, plan to uber, or get dropped off. What If My Party Is Late? · Your cruise time begins and ends according to your booking itinerary. The Dock requires us to depart within 15 minutes from your scheduled Departure Time. If you are going to be 15 minutes late please Text or Call to let us know. Can We Extend Our Cruise? · Text or Call Captain Kenne and we will see if that can be arranged based upon availability of the vessel. The cost will be based on your booked hourly rate. Can We Bring Alcohol Aboard the Boat? · Yes, as long as guests are over 21, you are welcome to bring and drink whatever you like. Please NO Red drinks, NO Red curry and NO Red cake allowed. It stains. Can We Board Early to Decorate? · Any decorating and clean up of decorations must be done during your scheduled rental time. We recommend keeping it minimal (a sign and a numbered balloon or two) since the boat is already decorated or booking more time to allow for your decorating. Is the Boat Kid-Friendly? · Absolutely, guests of all ages are welcome. If anyone has a tendency to get motion sick or sea sick, please be sure to take something ahead of time. Is the Boat Dog-Friendly? · While we love our pups, it is not appropriate to have them aboard while underway for safety and cleanliness. Out of respect to ALL guests, we ask that you leave your furry friend at home, ESA's included. Can We Smoke Aboard Island Boat SD? · NO. Just below your seats are 400 gallons of fuel, plus we want to keep the boat nice for a long time to come, and burn holes are hard to repair. You may vape responsibly. What About Weed, Man? · Since we will be on federal waters and marijuana is not federally legal, that's a big NO. You can leave the drugs at home... you're going to have a great time without them. FYI… The Coast Guard does random safety checks and can board us at anytime. How Many People Can We Have In Our Group? · 12 Max as per US Coast Guard and Port of San Diego regulations. The USCG strictly prohibits us from carrying more than 12 guests. What Activities & Tours Are There? · A USCG Licensed Captain and Deckhand will be taking care of you and your guests. You can instruct them as to what route you would prefer to take and get recommendations based upon your cruise time for what you’d like to see and do. · Cruise San Diego Bay! · Tour Downtown San Diego & Embarcadero Park, USS Midway, Rady Shell Amphitheater, & Pass through the arches of the Coronado Bridge! · Drop Anchor at Glorietta Bay, Party at Sea & Swim! · And of course at anytime… Dance, Lay out, Watch for Seals/Dolphins/Whales, Shake Cocktails, Eat Charcuterie & Enjoy the Downtown San Diego Skyline and Coastal Scene! Excessive Messes & Toilets? · There is a $250 cleaning fee for excessive messes or clogged toilets. Boat Plumbing is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE. Please discard all toilet paper, tissues and tampons in the bathroom trash can. Do not worry… there is a SIGN inside the bathroom as a reminder for you and your guests. Our crew will also remind you during the boarding safety brief. Cancellation Policy? Cancellations less than 5 days from departure date, no refunds.
