Waiver for 2023 Sea-Doo Switch Pontoon Boat Rental The "Renter"), agree to the following terms regarding the rental of the 2023 Sea-Doo Switch pontoon boat (the "Vessel"): The Renter accepts the Vessel in its current condition and acknowledges that the Vessel is suitable for the Renter's use. The Renter agrees to return the Vessel in the same condition at the end of the rental period, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the Renter is responsible for any and all damage to the Vessel during the rental period, including, but not limited to, the impeller, wear ring, and housing of the Vessel. 3.1 Impeller Damage: The Renter will be responsible for any and all damages to the three-blade, stainless-steel impeller, which is housed in an aluminum jet pump, delivering engine power from the Rotax 1630 ACE jet engine[2]. 3.2 Wear Ring Damage: The Renter will be responsible for any and all damages to the wear ring which is part of the propulsion system of the Vessel. 3.3 Housing Damage: The Renter will be responsible for any and all damages to the housing that contains the impeller and the wear ring. If damage is detected, the Renter will be liable for the full cost of repairs, including labor, parts, shipping, and any other associated costs. The Renter also accepts any downtime charges while the Vessel is being repaired. The Renter will not attempt to repair the Vessel without prior written consent from the owner. By signing this waiver, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this damage waiver and agrees to abide by them. By renting this vessel, you agree to these terms. Boat and Jet Ski Rental Agreement Terms Section 7: Delivery Launch Fee 7.1 Delivery Launch Fee: A delivery launch fee of $30 (thirty dollars) will be applicable to all boat and jet ski rentals. 7.2 Purpose: This fee covers the cost associated with the delivery, launching, and subsequent retrieval of the boat or jet ski at designated lakes and bodies of water. 7.3 Deductible: The delivery launch fee will be taken from the renter's security deposit at the end of the rental period. 7.4 Refunds: Should there be no damages or other additional charges, the remainder of the security deposit will be refunded to the renter within a reasonable time after the end of the rental period. 7.5 Non-refundable: In the event of cancellation, the delivery launch fee is non-refundable to compensate for the preparation and logistical efforts.
