Eligibility: To rent a boat from the company, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license or government-issued identification. Payment: All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. A deposit may be required at the discretion of the company. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost. If you fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full rental cost. Safety: The company takes the safety of our customers seriously. You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your rental. Use of Boat: You agree to use the boat only for recreational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the boat for any commercial or illegal purposes. You are responsible for the boat and any damages incurred during the rental period. Insurance: The company carries liability insurance that covers our boats and customers. However, we recommend that you have your own insurance coverage. Weather Conditions: The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any rental due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. If we cancel a rental, you will receive a full refund. Disclaimer of Liability: The company is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during your rental period. You agree to release and hold harmless from the company, its employees, and agents from any liability arising out of or in connection with your use of our boats. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless from the company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our boats. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the company is located. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the company and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. By booking a rental with the company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service.
